  • Once you place an order, our team connects with you to understand your preferences, including design details, size, material, and finish. We then create the piece as per your specifications and share updates before final dispatch.

  • We use carefully selected, high-quality materials such as premium svede, velvet, and faux leather. Specific material details will be mentioned, and custom requests can be accommodated where feasible.

  • Customised trays typically takes 7–14 working days to manufacture, depending on the complexity of the design. Shipping timelines are additional and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Minor changes may be possible if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be feasible due to the personalised nature of the product.

  • As each piece is made specifically for you, customised tray is generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue promptly.
